Help for the CyclingWeather iPhone app, made by the team behind RunWeather.
Contact Support
Email hello@runweather.app with “CyclingWeather” in the subject and:
- A short description of the problem
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- A screenshot or the error message, if you have one
Typical response window: 1-2 business days.
Location and Forecasts
- No forecast for where you are? Check that CyclingWeather has location access in Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services, or search for your city instead.
- Forecast looks stale? Check that your phone is online, then close and reopen the app.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Bought Pro on another iPhone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore purchases in Settings.
- To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your Data
CyclingWeather has no accounts. To ask for a copy or deletion of the data linked to your device, email hello@runweather.app. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.
Weather Data
Weather data by Open-Meteo.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Air quality data from the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS ENSEMBLE), via Open-Meteo: contains modified Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service information 2026. Neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use that may be made of the Copernicus information or data it contains.
