Use of Service
RunWeather provides weather and performance guidance for informational purposes. Training and health decisions remain your responsibility. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for activity under your account or device. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use RunWeather.
Subscriptions and Billing
RunWeather offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (RunWeather Pro). Pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Apple App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Integrations
If you connect third-party platforms (such as Strava), your use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy of data they supply.
No Medical Advice
RunWeather does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment guidance. Run scores, heat and safety indicators, and insights are informational only and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Weather and scoring data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable, and you use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunWeather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using RunWeather at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
