CyclingWeather Terms of Use

Use of the App
CyclingWeather is an iPhone app, made by the team behind RunWeather and operated by IUSTIN NITA CONSULTING SRL, Strada Batiștei 35, 020935 Bucharest, Romania. It gives weather-based ride guidance for informational purposes. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use it.
Subscriptions and Billing
CyclingWeather offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (CyclingWeather Pro), monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. By making an in-app purchase, you agree that when you ask Apple for a refund, we may share how you used the app and your purchase with Apple so it can make an informed decision. Purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Ride Safety
Ride scores, best ride windows, wind, rain and commute guidance are estimates built from weather forecasts. They cannot certify that roads or a ride are safe. Always check conditions yourself, follow traffic rules, and decide for yourself whether and when to ride. CyclingWeather does not give medical advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including trying to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, scrape it at scale, or use it to break any law or the rights of others.
Weather Data
Weather data by Open-Meteo.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Air quality data from the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS ENSEMBLE), via Open-Meteo: contains modified Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service information 2026. Neither the European Commission nor ECMWF is responsible for any use that may be made of the Copernicus information or data it contains.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Weather data and ride guidance may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, and you use them at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IUSTIN NITA CONSULTING SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using CyclingWeather at any time by deleting the app; cancel any subscription in your App Store settings. We may suspend access if you breach these terms or misuse the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
