Strava Connection Help
- Check that your Strava account is still connected in the RunWeather app.
- If sync is stuck, disconnect and reconnect in app settings, then refresh History.
- To fully revoke access and trigger Strava-side deauthorization, remove RunWeather from your Strava connected apps.
Billing and Account
For subscription restore, billing issues, account deletion, or data requests, contact hello@runweather.app and include your account email.
