Contact Support

Email hello@runweather.app with:

  • Your account email
  • A short issue description
  • Screenshot or error message (if available)

Typical response window: 1-2 business days.

Strava Connection Help

  • Check that your Strava account is still connected in the RunWeather app.
  • If sync is stuck, disconnect and reconnect in app settings, then refresh History.
  • To fully revoke access and trigger Strava-side deauthorization, remove RunWeather from your Strava connected apps.

Billing and Account

For subscription restore, billing issues, account deletion, or data requests, contact hello@runweather.app and include your account email.
